Re: Omnisphere authorization
I had the same problem, and contacted Spectrasonics about it. They had me give my user Admin rights (Vista). That worked.

MIDI Yoke broke my Oxygen8
After intstalling Midi Yoke, my Oxygen8 no longer appears on the list of input devices in Live 8.0.4.
Device Manager says Oxygen driver is installed and working.
Tried reinstalling Oxygen driver / reboot.... same result.
What am I missing? Something painfully obvious, I'm sure.

thanks for the quick response... I'll have a look, but at first glance this preceisely meets my renaming goal, with the added coolness of the giant drum kit. Next question... how can I become as cool as the Covert Operators in three easy steps? Is there a tutorial? Thanks much, longjohns ... long in...

Rename Notes - question
I like the way impulse renames notes to correspond to the name of the drum slot ... " Snare " instead of C3# , for example. I'm sending MIDI notes to a lighting controller. It'd be nice to name the note " Laser1 " instead of C3# . Is there a way to do this? It doesn't seem to be ...

tricky vocal chain
can anyone help me with this brainbuster? I want to use a pitch correction plugin (for example, Yamaha Pitch Fix) to create an effects chain that does the OPPOSITE of ducking. In other words, have a chain that somehow only allows the signal through when I sing on-key (ie, rarely). The tricky part is...

actually, a possibly related question: if I warp a track, can I transfer the warpings to another track? an example application is that I have multiple recorded tracks from a live band (who all follow the drummer)... once I've warped the rhythm part (so that I've imposed MY groove), can I transfer th...
