I'm going to be in Berlin for the next month and would very much appreciate suggestions on things to do or places to see. I'm running a core i7 machine, with an EVGA Nvidia 9800GT card.
Do you have Aero turned on? I haven't tried without it yet but the fix was working for me with Aero on.

Setting Vista compatibility mode seems to have done the trick on my Windows 7 x86 machine here.
