Can anybody tell me if it's possible to make an spdif connection to midi sync 2 systems running Ableton Live?
Thanks!

Hi all, When I use template 38 (automap template) I can use custom templates for all my vst's but the ableton mapping is lost. If I use template 40, the ableton mapping is ok but I can't seem to use my custom templates. The buttons will al be really automapped in a more or less random kind of order ...

If you want more I can send you some very special christmas editions nudepics of myself. :-) You like fat nerds going wild on Rudolf? Usually you control VSTs via the lefthand side of the Remote SL and the righthand side remains to show/offer the fader controls. So yes it works exactly like you want...

Maybe you can help me then. I got 4gigs of ram, and just installed XP 32bit as a secondary os and it only finds 3.5gb.. With 32 bit windows can only address a total amount of 4gb. So if you have a video card with 512mb ram on it => 4gb - 512mb = 3,5gb. Therefore to address the full 4gb you need a 6...

Thats absolutely correct, but the fact that IF programmed for it, the 64bit can take 2x the 32bit data and process it in the same time, where the 32bit has to do 2 rounds. Well, doesn't that mean that 64 bit software on a 64 bit machine with 64 bit drivers can perform operations with less overhead ...

Novation Remote SL vst automapping + std Live volume control
Anybody knows if it's possible to use automapping with a vst and still let the volume sliders control the volume of the channels in ableton? (now I have to switch from my automapping template to my albeton template manually)
Thanks and greets!

Hmmm...it seems that when I play a very long note into a sampler looping 1 kick. I can just use the pitch bend on my controller to bend it and when I release the bend it does seem to fall back into sync. :? Maybe if I figure out how to enlarge the rate of the bend, it can also be used very easely to...

Would it be acceptable to do this with two knobs?... Sure. But I don't think that matters much. The problem is'nt just going back to the tempo which was used before the timestretch. (which I can obtain by speeding up from 0 to 120 and then go back from 120 to 0 for example) The real problem is maki...

What if you linked sample start and loop start, and then made the loop as small as possible, then used one of Sampler's LFOs with an up-ramp setting synced to the beat that controls the loop start. This will move the tiny loop forward through the sample in time with the clock, and you could use a M...

load up the kick in Impulse and assign the 'stretch' and/or 'time' dials to your controller. meddle away. I tried this but of course since midi is triggering the loop, the only thing happens it that the kick sample itself sounds different. The tempo remains the same. I will post a sampel of what I ...
