check out the microQ, always from waldorf.
I got the pulse after year of microQ tweaking, if you are on budget you can look for old 2nd hand models, it's a nice synth with superb filter (not analog like the pulse), you can route audio into it as well.

I'd stay miles away from behringer (degrades the audio) and m-audio, degrades the audio too.
My advice would be


RME soundcard
ADAM studio monitors
MACKIE mixer

RME, ADAM and makcie are not the cheapest brand around
but you get what you pay for

yes all my 4/4 production I do now is for the dancefloor since I'm playing live quite a lot in the last time

yeah I am been using LOTS of midi gear with live since V4, I always changed patches with the numbers, no big deal
