I have Trigger Finger, Pad Kontrol and Remote Zero SL. I don't consider the remote zero portable or small enough for an airport or coffee house, etc... true, it isnt very cymbersome, and it fits perfect in small studios , but I would say it is portable in the sense that if I have a show or want to p...

TF is great for what you want.. I got mine for 75 dollars on craigslist, and it works perfectly. the pads function with pressure control cc's, so yes, you can use these pads as knob by setting the aftertouch value and cc value. it is a great all in one portable controller, one usb cord and you are g...

i didnt mean to sound like i was coming down on the others...they are all great tools, and i think whoever purchases them would be happy with any. with that being said though, it does come down to price for me a bit because it is hard to justify buying add-on products for patches and racks when ther...

yeah, seems like puremagnetik it is the price to beat.... covertoperators make good patches and clips but i dont like to use other peoples clips so it isnt so useful to me. trackteam makes good tools and has good samples, but puremagnetik's in my opinion is just as useful and seems to be a more than...

Anyone happy with hifi for bedroom mixing?

I am very cheap and have been putting off buying monitors since my KRK rokit5 died in a freak flood in my house. I have been hookked up to my Sony 881 minihifi system, and one I adjusted the eq on the component, I must say I am shocked by how good it sounds (considering it is a relatively cheap hifi...

Well, if you can finish the project Machinate, I would definitely donate some money to its development. I realize it takes time, and time is money.
Maybe Korg should pay you for its development because once someone develops this hack, I think th PadKontrol may start to get even more attention.

I do similar, but cant even think about affording a Lemur until they start selling for $500 (which will be in about 20 years). For now, I use PadKontrol + Trigger Finger + Remot Zero SL (and all together cost me $50) to control all clips, guitar fx, drummachine fx, vocal fx. it's pretty efective, an...

It doesn't matter what you think, we don't choose who runs. I support anyone the Democrats put up, period. ANYONE. And I leave it up to the party to decide. Most of the talk here is like a faux high school election, it's a popularity contest, everyone has these opinions on personalities and awkward...
