I'm fairly new to Live, and I was wondering if there was a quick way to erase all the unused WAVs in a project (bad guitar takes and such) and keep the good ones. (Similar function to "Empty Trash" in Cubase)

By God, it worked - I removed the Intellipoint drivers (version 6.1) and the problem has gone away... You're a genius, Herne! Edit: Just installed the version 5.3 drivers that came with the mouse. Thx for helping me on the way southern. Using your tip I found you indeed can also control Filter cutoff by note velocity on the simpler! It works identically to the impulse. However, this modulation function is not implemented for pitch control. Guess I'll be drawing envelopes...

yes you could draw it out. The other part about triggering i do not understand.
I have some simplers set up to play percussion sounds. I want to set them up so when I play the keyboard harder, I'll get a slightly higher pitch for instance.
It's a very common feature on samplers.

Can you do it in Ableton, e.g. with simpler?
I want to control sample pitch and filter cutoff with note velocity.
