Just updated from 3.0 to 3.0.2, and once I started up my sessions again, there's heavy distortion and crackling on the tracks. The effects seem untouched. just Also the CPU load meter is up twice as high and bouncing too. Anybody have advice?

I have a session with six clips in it. Four are single midi note-on triggers on midi channel five, the other two are full key range note samples on midi channels two and three.
