whats the best plug to use on master out?

anybody know of a good plug to use for the master channel to give a better sound...iv tested the ones in ableton and the dj master channel makes stuff sound worse.. i have tried spectral q.. anybody know of anything else??.
i should say its for playing out not for mastering a home made tune.
