Problem has been resolved

Support was able to go back and find my Operator serial and placed it back into my account. I simply need to re-authorize.

Yes I did purchase Operator with Live 5.
No the liscense does not show when I log in. It only shows for my recent download of 8.

ok let me get this straight. Even tho I purchased operator back since I had Live 5, I now need to repurchase?

I cannot remember whether or not I had to purchase Operator back in the day.

I just upgraded from 7 to 8 and I don't see it in the instruments browser anymore.
However, I do see that an Operator live pack was installed, which leads to my confusion.

[Edit] I discovered that restarting my computer actually resolves the problem for a while, not disabling and reactivating sync as originally stated in my post. I should note that the problem occurs only with the IAC buss. Also, sync output from live is stable. Live just won't receive MIDI. Live's MI...

Thank you. I never notices those fields on the MIDI panel. I hadn't noticed until now that I can expand the panel view. That solved the problem.

I have successfully controlled the tempo in the past with my uc-33. I can remember being able to make adjustments of less than a whole number with a knob mapped to it. It may have been Live 5. Now it jumps with the smallest increment of about - or = 15 BPM. I'm currently using LIve 7. Is there a set...
