this kind of thing should get a sticky. i would have been all over this if a) the standard weren't so damn high (jesus, guys!) and b) i'd known about it - it's a shame that anything in the general forum gets buried unless there's two pages of posts every twelve hours because everyone wants to argue ...

Yeah, I've got to admit, at the moment the Axiom 61 is looking pretty attractive to me. I'm going to go hunt down some reviews. i don't know if i'd be able to get on with not having any kind of status feedback from the encoders. i could never get on with that - that's why i don't like my pocketdail...

ahhhh jesus christ. i was so looking forward to this, it's pretty much exactly what i want from a controller. every time i use something m-audio i feel like i'm going to break it. and the form factor is excellent - put your laptop, interface and that in your bag and still have room for an SLR. but.....

i'm way happier with L6 than i was with 5. i love the racks and the new meters, the mapping broswer. also, for some bizzarre reason, it feels like it runs better on my bassakwards machine than 5 did. and flatten in a godsend, rather than having to resample everything.

yeah, that'd be cool to - and play with the range for these in the mapping browser so they're not all the same.
