Shock around the block

Hi there, I might be not the usual everyday using Live user but here's my try. I, guitar, did this in 2002 with my friend and bass player Leon Duncan . We usually play Jazz but everything called music is interesting anyway. So we just expressed the blooze and didn't really care about the drums :oops...

Oh yes.
But this works only when zooming in fully. The step size seems to change in relation to the zoom factor. Is it possible to move by ticks in a bar (unzoomed) view?

BTW what is the resolution of the sequencer?

is there a way to move midi notes by ticks forward and back in Live 4.03?
Could not found anything in the manual and the forum.
