I play live with the MPC 1000. I will be switching to the Linndrum 2 when it is released. I suggest all those fed up with the fragility of Live in a live setting to switch to this machine once it is released as well.

I've been dying for a new all in one groovebox lately, and this could be it. There's no question. I played before Prefuse at a concert this summer. You wanna know what he uses on stage? An MPC and an Evolver. Opened for lowfish the other day and he's using an Evolver as well. They're the best analo...

psst.... OS X is bsd. Not exactly. Almost. There were a lot of things that BSD was doing that OS X doesn't. And no, OS X is not BSD, nor is it Linux, though they are all UNIX. Darwin is only partly derived from BSD. I do love the layering of OS X. Quartz composer (for Leopard), combined with all th...

APPLE TO IMRPOVE INTEL LINE PERFORMANCE
HEY EVERYONE FED UP WITH SANTA ROSA! A little bird told me that at the next Macworld Apple is releasing the next Leopard update (10.5.2) which they promise will fix performance issues with the entire Intel line. This may solve the stepping issue that many of us are obviously experiencing, affecting ...
