Looping - Is there a way of getting a track to decay?
I have recently started using Live to record and as a replacement to my effects rack..... I use a Jam Man for looping but would really like to find a way of using Live instead. I have been using various methods described on the forums with some success. One feature of the Jam Man that I would like t...

Re: FCA202 BEHRINGER
The driver is not stable in WindowsXP it is sometimes gone and you can get feedback noises when you change VTi´s. Greatings David I have to say my experiences with it in XP are not the same... I find it stable, I have yet to have a problem with it.... I was working on a project for eight hours in l...

Behringer FCA202 Driver Question and Observations
After struggling with an AudioPhile 2496 PCI card for a couple of days I have had to admit defeat, it seems it just doesn’t like my Mother board/AMD set up. I get a crackling noise every time the hard drive operates! So I visited my local music store with the intention of buying a Saffire LE. Whilst...

subterFUSE has it about right in my book! This is a pretty unfriendly forum for noobs...... some wan*er will either say why haven’t you read the manual or the thread gets ignored..... I think some people forget what it’s like starting off all enthusiastic.... sitting down with the manual is the las...

I have been having a similar issue using the method described in http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20174
I think it is something to do with my timing accuracy and the midi trigger signal, in the end I turned quantize off.

When setting up the latency compensation all I get is HUMmmm

When testing the inbuilt cards on both my desktop and laptop computers (AC 97) all I get on the recieving chanel is hum  I was seeing if I could get away with not buying a firewi...
