I just did this and it works great, this will really open up the set to get off the time line...thanks so much. One thisng is to try different settins with the global quantize as you can really get a quick response from the no quantize setting. Thanks again!

Buffer setting is not working ....
My buffer setting seems to be acting a little strange... At 45 out of 2048 on my Osonic its the clearest it can be which right now is almost all crackles and hiss. I set it higher and it goes into a bitreduced signal that sounds like it from a 4bit sampler. I cant figure it out... I have a Imac 24&q...

Im hoping that once a tempo is decided it will stay that way to track vocals. This way not much warping will have to be done. If we do warp the files do they render out at top qualty .vrses DP/PT. I can deal with the drop outs and downgraded audio for tracking but when the finals are to be rendered ...

Okay when I rcord in Digital performer and I want to change the tempo DP rerenders the file with their excellent tim stretching engine and a new file is crreated at the best possible sound quality. When we stay in Aleton's elastic audio enviroment the file is only rerenderd for output. Question is ....

I tried it and it sounds great for a mastering style part of the chain but it delays the out put of the audio and it make sall the start timed with thew click out Okay Im still learning even though ive been with Live since version 1....delay compensation worked it out , Thanks all Oh and Saturator ...

Okay, alittle while ago I was looking for a transparent sounding limiter. I found a great free one /called George Yohngs' W1 Limiter... it does a great sounding job but will delay your out going audio. Wow that was freaky....next question. what is the best way to get a live 6 limiter set so it does ...
