SAE Sydney introduces Ableton Live Short Courses

SAE Sydney is excited to announce a dedicated Ableton Live production course, presented by Liveschool: "Create and Destroy". Just like the program itself, this course will make you stand out from the crowd by blurring the traditional boundaries between the major disciplines of music: creation, production & performance.

Create & Destroy covers:

Writing on-the-fly
Producing & remixing
Mash-ups & re-edits
Building custom drum kits & bass sounds
Basic music theory & how to fake it
Essential rules of digital audio production
Digital recording & sampling with Live
DJ techniques
Creating multi-layered mix-CDs
Performance skills for stage & studio

All participants also get printed course notes and a content DVD. "Create and Destroy" is equally suited to both beginners and intermediates.

Date: Courses starting monthly, on weeknights and weekends.
Length: 4 x 4 hr sessions over 4 weeks.
