Ableton at Mutek 2008

If you're in or around Montreal this week, don't miss MUTEK--Canada's annual festival for electronic music and digital creativity. This year's MUTEK is from May 28th to June 1st. This 9th edition of MUTEK showcases the cutting edge of international electronic music and the digital arts with a program that is more diverse than ever before.

Ableton is co-presenting DIGI_SECTION--a series of panels and workshops focused on the electronic music industry. One of the many highlights is an Ableton workshop by renowned dub ambassador Deadbeat: "Navigating the Virtual Studio". Deadbeat will examine effective methods for production and performance with Ableton Live and take a look at using Live alongside other music software tools. The workshop takes place on Thursday, May 29th from 3 pm to 5 pm at the SAT (Society of Arts & Technology).
