Ableton Live 5 — Winner: Best DJ Product, Club World Awards 2006

The Abletons returned from the 2006 Winter Music Conference with a new award in hand: the Disco Globe trophy. The award, presented during the 2006 Club World Awards by respected DJ/Producer Junior Sanchez, recognized Live 5 as "Best DJ Product." Competition was tight this year, with Ableton up against a variety of recognized leaders in the DJ equipment industry.

The Club World Awards honor technical and artistic achievements in the nightlife industry. Disco Globes are awarded in a variety of categories, from "Best Superclub," to "Best Interior Design," to "Best Resident VJ."
