Presently, Ryan is Technical Sound Designer at Virtual Reality developer Camouflaj. Working with spatial audio, haptics, interactive audio, generative synthesis & AI-enhanced sonic tools, Ryan aims to help create the most immersive and compelling audio experiences in VR for a broad audience. 

Since becoming one of the first US Ableton Certified Trainers, Ryan has instructed and presented at The Grammy Museum, University of California Irvine, SXSW, Icon Collective, Studio School, Pyramind, and scores of learning institutions and music technology events.  

Ryan has created music & sound with influential artists like George Clinton, Photek, and Jerome Dillon (Nine Inch Nails), among others. His original music can be found on Interscope, Subtitles, SMOG, and many underground labels. 

Drum & Bass has been a driving force in his life. Since his first D&B releases as "Origin" in the late 90s, Ryan has performed his music to crowds of thousands at events like Electric Daisy Carnival, Lightning in a Bottle, Nocturnal Wonderland, Control @ Avalon, and SXSW. 

Ryan is available as a consultant offering services covering spatial audio, electronic music production, game audio implementations, haptics, sound design, audio system development, and general audio technologies. He is not available for private instruction at this time, but will consider commercial collaborative projects.
