Ableton to host first Ableton Certification event on Australian soil
Ableton and Musiclink Australia are excited to announce the debut certification event for Australian Ableton Live trainers at the state-of-the-art Studio 301 in Byron Bay in late November 2009.
With over eighty Ableton Certified Trainers around the world since it's launch in 2008, Ableton Certified Training finds its way down under. Australia's best and brightest teachers of Ableton Live will be flown to Byron Bay for a weekend of intense testing. Those trainers who demonstrate both Ableton Live expertise and excellent teaching skills receive the title "Ableton Certified Trainer." As the creative community of Ableton Live users grows around the world, more and more musicians are on the lookout for qualified Live training; this certification program is Ableton's own stamp of approval.
Gerhard Behles, Ableton CEO, states: "The Ableton Certified Training program is a way to ensure quality and creativity in the teaching of Ableton Live. With Australia's rapidly development of cutting edge instruction in electronic music, sound production and music technology, this rollout of Ableton Certification is a perfect fit."
The Ableton Certification event takes place at the legendary Studios 301 in Byron Bay, in cooperation with Australia's own School of Audio Engineering (SAE).
