Dubspot two-year anniversary and Ableton Live 8 Sessions NY kickoff with special guest KJ Sawka

Seattle's own Kevin Sawka (aka KJ Sawka) will perform and discuss his work, including how he incorporates technology such as Ableton Live into his inspiring virtuoso drum performances. Kevin infuses his acoustic drumming with next-generation electronic jungle, drum'n'bass and breakbeats. Add to this the power of technology, samplers, laptops and drum triggers, and he's a veritable orchestra of percussive wizardry.

Then, after Kevin's presentation, DJs and Dubspot teachers will take the stage using Ableton Live for the celebration of two years at Dubspot!

Finally, there will be a charity raffle for NextAid, http://nextaid.org
