Syncing Browser/Tagging Preferences Between Multiple Computers

Is there a metadata file for browser and tagging settings that I can point Live to?
I'm loving the new browser configuration settings and tagging options, but I've got two computers with Live that I alternate between. It would be great if I could synchronize the browser and tag settings between them so that I don't have to manually configure or update each computer. It gets very tedious otherwise.
Ideally this would look like some sort of global preference/tagging file that I could store in a Dropbox folder and then point both instances of Ableton to that file, so that changes made on one computer would be updated when I switched to the other.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
