take over mode question

hi all,
i use live 8.2 with an oxygene8. that means absolute controllers with "take over mode" in live.
the issue is: when i change the controller banks on the oxygene (the 8 potis x 5 banks, so every poti can have 5 different channels/cc numbers), the values connected to them in live are jumping, no take over. it just works when i stay on 1 bank on the oxygene, alter values in live directly or the potis on the oxygene when switched off..
in that way i cant use the different banks on the oxygene..
