Xavier Jacques (Berlin)

Xavier Jacques is a DJ and producer from New York City with a mission of bringing the underground club sound to the pop music world. He specializes in synthpop, eurodance and electro house. He has had releases on Cleopatra records, Dinero Rosa records, Hades records and iTunes. Xavier Jacques has recently been featured in Future Music magazine and Computer Music magazine, with his music (created with Ableton Live) included on the magazines' accompanying CDs. He was also interviewed for DJ times about his involvement at the 2010 WMC. In 2006, Xavier J. completed a course in electronic music production at the School of Audio Engineering in New York. He gave a workshop at the 2010 Winter Music Conference on DJing with Live 8.

Xavier has trained many DJs and bands including Blondie where he helped set up Ableton Live to use in their world tour. Xavier offers one-on-one and small group classes (e.g., your entire band at your studio) and workshops to help you understand the many creative ways to DJ, produce and perform using Ableton Live.
