Ableton Live workshop at The Art Institute of Seattle

Dave Hill, Managing Director of Ableton Inc. and expert Ableton Live user, will give a special presentation of Ableton Live 8 at the Art Institute of Seattle on May 11th. Dave will demonstrate Live 8's new elastic audio and warp marker enhancements, the Live 8 groove pool, several new Ableton devices, and Ableton Suite 8's new instruments. He will also introduce Ableton's new online collaboration feature and demo a prototype of the highly anticipated Akai Professional APC40.

The Art Institute of Seattle offers BS, BFA and AAA degrees in a variety of programs, including audio, video, design, fashion and culinary arts. The Institute's Bachelor of Science in Audio Design Technology and Associate of Applied Arts Degree in Audio Production are designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in audio-related fields including live sound, music production, audio post-production, gaming, streaming media, sound system installation and technical support.
