Technical Support Agent (d/f/m)

Your mission
 Ableton is looking for a driven Technical Support Agent in the United States (fully remote) for our US support team. Youâll join a diverse team â many of which are musicians and Live users. Your job will be to provide attentive, friendly, and flexible customer support as well as assist in the creation and completion of team goals. This requires self-motivation, the ability to look at issues from a customer's perspective, and an interest in improving the overall user experience. We're looking for someone who is empathetic to the needs and motivations of our users and has a working knowledge of Ableton products as well as advanced knowledge in a broad range of music technology.
Your responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via email and phone
- Actively participating in team rituals and goal setting
- Providing customer assistance with technical issues and usability questions
- Filing, tracking, and gathering information about technical issues
- Assisting with maintenance and updates to self-service resources for Abletonâs customers
- Distributing customer feedback to Ableton teams and project managers
- Collaborating with other Ableton teams to create the best overall customer experience
Your profile
- Knowledge in advanced external audio/MIDI routing issues
- Compassionate and adaptable customer service mentality
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Adaptable and responsive to feedback
- Advanced proficiency with Windows platforms
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented working habits
- Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing to its successÂ
- Working knowledge of Max for Live
- Regularly use Ableton Live or other DAWs
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong organization and time management skills
