In Live, choose “Export Audio/Video” from the File menu (in versions prior to Live 7, this menu option is called “Render to Disk”). Set the Bit Depth to 16-bit and the Sample Rate to 44.1 kHz. If you like, you can have Live normalize the track, making sure that you take full advantage of the dynamic range. The rendered file can then be imported into your CD-burning software.
