Chris Dilday

Chris Dilday is a musician, producer, DJ and engineer based in Nashville, Tennessee. A drummer since age 10 and a DJ since 16, he has immersed himself in music from an early age. Chris graduated from SAE Institute in 2007 with high honors and has recorded and mixed multiple albums as a freelance engineer. An avid drum and bass enthusiast, Chris began producing hip-hop and drum and bass exclusively with Ableton Live in 2005. 

Chris is currently the Head Supervisor and Resident Specialist of Electronic Music Production, DJing, and Live Performance at SAE Institute in Nashville. He is also one of the founders of the Nashville Ableton User Group. Chris can be found every month teaching various workshops and classes covering everything from the basics of Ableton Live to complex Instrument Racks in Ableton. Chris currently teaches classes exclusively at SAE but is available for one-on-one private lessons if needed.
