Eduardo Dominguez (Mexico City)
Mexico City based musician, producer and DJ, always been passionate about music and discovering new ways to create it, developing various techniques for DJing and sound design. Started playing keyboards and guitar since 1997, and started his professional career as a techno DJ and producer since 2000 at the age of 15 performing in some of the biggest festivals in Mexico such as Loveparade Mexico and Mayday Mexico and recorded in Yin Yang Records and Central Dogma Records.
Started using Ableton Live on 2003 (version 3) as an audio editing and performing tool, and at version 4 became his mail tool for audio and MIDI recording, sound design, live performing and DJ. Since 2002 he’s been teaching at the Electronic Music and DJ department at Universidad de la Musica G Martell in various assignments, being Ableton Live right now the most elemental platform for most of the courses from the career like Electronic Music Production. Synthesis and Sound Design, Remix Production, Live Performance Production and DJ, teaching even group classes for up to 10 students, custom and one-on-one classes. Also doing workshops, conferences and master classes for 50-150 people.
Lately he’s developing many tools in Max for Live from MIDI tools, synthesizers, samplers, sequencer, OSC and DJ tools and starting making this part of he’s recent classes.
