The Music & Technology program at Stevens maintains the highest standard of academic scholarship and industry engagement by incorporating the latest technology tools throughout multiple course topics.

Facilities include a Visual Art and Music Lab equipped with 16 computer stations, audio interfaces, MIDI controllers, and an 8.1 surround-sound loudspeaker system; an SSL based recording facility and live room with additional digital small-format consoles, analog dynamic processors, and a comprehensive microphone selection; a Guitar Lab complete with outboard MIDI guitar synthesizers and audio effects units; a Piano Lab with 13 digital piano stations; and an audio research facility (SSRC) complete with Ableton Push. All of our facilities are designed to facilitate education and research. Class sizes vary between 8 to 26 students depending on the course topic.

Stevens Institute of Technology is located in Hoboken, NJ, directly across the river from New York City.
