Benjamin Ang is the Principal Tutor of the Electronic Music Lab (EML), a performance group which is part of the Centre for the Arts, National University of Singapore. He first performed with Ableton Live version 4 in 2004 and has been using it for performance, production, and teaching, since then. He also teaches electronic music with School of Music & the Arts and Pop Studio DJ in Singapore.

Ben is half of the electropop / synthpop duo COSMIC ARMCHAIR, which is signed to international electronic music label Alfa-Matrix, and has released four EPs and one full length album (as of 2018), as well as numerous trance and EDM remixes for European artists. He is also a resident DJ for the Back in Black alternative electronic music events in Singapore, where he plays Darkwave, New Wave, Industrial Dance, and Electronic Body Music. His other musical projects include experimental ambient found sound compositions as Project FSED.

His small group classes include Electronic Music Production, Live Pad Performance, How to DJ with Ableton Push, Introduction to Max for Live, and Advanced Electronic Music Production. He also conducts public talks and customized workshops.
