Live 8.0.5 (or newer) supports Cocoa user interfaces.
When trying to load a SF2 (Sound Font) sample, SFZ/SFZ+ shows the message “Not enough memory” (even if the sample is just a few KB).
Reason:Live does not support latency compensation for plug-in- and mixer automation,GUImeters and video playback.Clip modulation is also not compensated if plug-ins which introduce latency are being used.
I'm trying to add automation data for several plug-in parameters to one track, but whenever I record new automation, my previously recorded automation data is erased.
In order to overdub automation data, make sure that the Arm Recording button of the track is NOT armed.
When automating Spectrasonics plug-ins (e.g. Stylus RMX, Omnisphere, Trilian) only very few parameters can be accessed.
There are different ways of AU preset handling and storing, which relate to different approaches how to see and use them in Live.
MIDI data generated by AU plug-ins, e.g. containing an arpeggiator or separate internal sequencer, cannot be recorded into a MIDI clip.
