Will I lose my essential instruments collection when upgrading to live 9?

Hi, I have Live 7 with the "essential instruments collection".

If I upgrade to Live 9 standard will I lose access to the instruments that are not included, i.e. collision, analog etc?

Or if I upgrade to Live 9 suite, am I essentially paying for these instruments even though I already have them?

Thanks!!

From what I know when upgrading from Live 8 Suite to Live 9 Standard, you will not lose those instruments. This probably applies for Live 7 as well.

Thanks for the answer! Good to hear I won't lose them.

But I guess I'll assume there's less incentive for me to upgrade to the suite.

Well I upgraded to 9 with the EIC on Live 8 and I lost all my instruments. Can anybody help me to recover them?. I can only use a very few number of instruments. Doesn't make sense.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

When you upgrade to Live 9 you will never lose anything you have purchased before, as with Live 9, all packs are available as downloads from the your packs page right here:
