    Hi Andreas.

This is a known problem since the beta-version of Live 9 had been published. On NI's forum you'll find a related topic but there's no updated template available yet. I'm using Maschine, too and currently i'm trying to work on a new configuration to solve this problem. If i'm successful (AND fast enough ;) ), i'll post a link to a working template packed in a zip.

    With kind regards,

    ingo.

    Hi Andreas,

thank your for your kind words. :) Hopefully we don't have to wait for NI's 'official' template that seems to be in a beta-testing right now. Well, no matter WHEN they will release it, i bet they are much faster than me (i have to admit that my knowledge in 'talking' Python and Live's API aren't THAT excellent). :D

It's worth to keep an eye on that thread on NI's forum:

    Have a nice evening,

I emailed NI tech support about this earlier today and apparently there's a controller template in beta, I was told it was a public beta but I haven't been able to find anything about it other then that email. That means we should be getting a Controller Editor update soon which should fix this issue

Updated to Live 9.0.4 today and Maschine is no longer an option as a controller in Live. Really?  Shows up in 9.0.2.

    Hallo,

the problem can be solved, when you are downloading the new controller template, on the native instruments site ;-)

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I updated the controller editor, but it doesn't have new templates. Do you guys have a link for the newest templates so it's compatible with the Live 9 Suite 2

    Thanks,
    Anna Lidell

If you don't want to wait for the official NI rework of the script, you can use this reworked Maschine script for Live 9.6 from Lee Huddleston, which seems to work:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/6bz81zl4neb7qb1/Maschine%20Live%209.6.zip?dl=0

Note that this is neither an official NI or Ableton script, so we can't take any responsibility or offer support for it.

    Best,
