What is the current status of the Ableton Live framework classes?

There doesn't seem to be a decompiled version of the 8.3 framework classes. Many of the previously active projects are down (such as http://hanzoffsystems.tech.officelive.com/).

Is this just a dead end? I want to write support for a couple MIDI controllers. How can I go about doing that?

Is it possible to write support for a MIDI controller using Max?

Remotescripts.blogspot.com under support files, there's a script that will compile documentation for you.

I also tried it with that script but it didn't worked.
After I loaded it the first time, I had an error-message in lives global log.txt: "No module named os"
    WTF!?!? That's not a user-module, it's a build-in-module!
Is that a known problem with a known solution?

Or knows anyone a mirror or backup of http://hanzoffsystems.tech.officelive.com
When I was programming live-scripts before, I used it as my main documentation.

Oh, and there is one more problem.
This Script will "only" give us the reference of the liveAPI.
But http://hanzoffsystems.tech.officelive.com was a reference of lives python _Framework, which is just building onto the liveAPI.

There are various people (myself included) who have a good working knowledge of the LiveAPI.

No one has taken the time to put together comprehensive documentation, sadly.
