using Live to change guitar rig presets

I'm using live to launch backing tracks during live performance. In addition to the recorded material, I am playing my electric guitar through an audio track running Native Instruments Guitar Rig 4. How do I program it so that the presets in guitar rig change when a new scene is triggered?

Is there a way to change presets within a clip? Most of the clips will be entire songs, 3 to 4 minutes long. I'm sure there will be plenty of instances when I would like to change Guitar Rig presets for verses, choruses, bridges, etc.

Thanks in advace!

Yes, but it takes a good amount of setup.

You will basically use dummy clips and envelopes or a program change message to change parameters within that soft synth. I do this with my keyboard rig. It's way too much to try and explain here.

I am an Ableton Certified Trainer. If you want more info and help please contact me. I am more than happy to help you with your setup.
