Time & Timbre makes no sound

I can't get TnT to work.  It seems to load okay, but I get no sound.  The IO section looks like it does for any midi channel, the midi activity indicator blinks, but the meter on the channel doesn't move and there's no sound.  Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem, also just the Cymbal works (very quite). In addition TnT  causes Live's crush almost everytime I try to change the template of TnT.

Found out what the problem was : Make sure to update your MaxForLive version to 6.1.9, and install Java 6 (for OS X Yosemite in my case).

Had the issue with only timbre cymbal working. Issue gone. Everything's fine now.

I also have same problem, no sounds.

Are all of you have any files under the folder "Demo Set" or "Drums/Kits" and "Drums/Racks" ? I have nothing on these folder.

A lot of Max4Live devices won't output any sound until the global play button is pressed (i.e. the one right at the top of the screen rather than the clip play button). So try pressing that and see if it works :)
