Push Drum Pad "Auto Select" issue

I appear to have found an issue just 2 days into playing with Push. It appears to be with CLIPS created in Live 8.

If I drag in a drum track from the older Live 8 clips folder into Live 9 as a new track, when I play the Pads on Push the blue auto-select pad does not move to the pads I am playing. If I Press SELECT and then Pad it selects the pad but I cannot get it to follow my presses.

Now, If I first create a drum track using a Live 9 preset THEN drag in a live 8 clip track over it the auto follow starts to work. Seems like a possible bug with Live 8 content.

On the drum rack in your device bar there is a yellow button with an arrow on it called auto select, click it.

OK, this is not just isolated to Live8 kits!

I loaded the Kit direct from Push:

    Drum Rack\Samplification\Kit-Electrify

When I load it the BLUE selection pad does NOT follow what I play and even if I manually move it to the pad I want using SELECT to track some hits if I hit any other pad other than the one with the blue selection, it sends the blue selection back to the bottom left pad...

What is the deal? This is really annoying!!!!!

I am having the exact same issue! When I select a new Drum Kit only half of the pads will assign to the 16 yellow pads.  Also when I hit the second row of pads a completely different pad lights up blue.  I basically have to go through and manually assign half of the drum kit.  This is really annoying and I cannot seem to figure out why this has happened.  Please HELP!

Hey guys, Ableton support got back to me,the problem was I had the wrong midi configuration.

So, press Command komma (preferences), go to the midi sync tab, then Control Surface 1 should be Push (the other 5 none), Input 1 should be Abelton push live port (the other 5 none), Output 1 should be ableton push live port (the other five none).

Then Takeover mode should be none.

    AND the midi ports part:

Input : track on, sync off, remote on

output track off, sync off, remote on

    Did the trick for me!

    Thank you ableton support!
