POSSIBLE BUG FIX FOR: A Live 9.5 Save Crash/Project Folder Having No Icon

I don't know if this has been posted before, but I think I solved one (or at least a part of one) of the problems some of us are having with  Live. Live would frequently crash on me when I tried to save a project. Luckily, thanks to Live's new "save before crash" protocol I never really lost anything, but it did get annoying. I also noticed that every time it happened, the Live project folder I was saving didn't have the custom Ableton Live project folder icon. There would be a blank text document labeled "icon" inside the project folder instead. I suspected the two were related.

What I did was use the icon from another folder by using copy and paste via the Finder. Find a Live project folder with the icon and click: File>Get Info. Click on its icon and click: Edit>Copy. You can now use this to copy the icon to any existing Ableton Live project folder. Just find the folder without the icon and click: File>Get Info, Click on its folder icon, and click Edit>Paste. If you didn't know this its ok, I didn't either lol.

I figured for some reason live wasn't able to properly find or apply the folder icon and that that may be the source of the crash. On a whim, the next thing I did was change the icon of the folder that Live temporarily saves my projects (user/Music/Ableton/Live Recordings) to the Ableton Live project folder icon. I did this because my projects are usually here for a while before I actually save them. Since doing so, Live saves properly with the icon and hasn't crashed while doing so. SO FAR. I'm not calling a real fix, but its working for me. Maybe it will work for you too and other versions of live. I will update my results over time.
