LIVE 9 64-BIT TO 32-BIT INSTALL (DOWNGRADE)

I installed the 64-Bit Version of Live 9 Suite yesterday, together with my various Packs. Very impressed with the upgrade so far.

However, I have now realised that some of my favourite VST synths are no longer showing up in Live as they are 32-Bit only.

Is it possible to 'downgrade' to Live 9 Suite 32-Bit without having to re-install all the packs?

Thanks

Great news! I just ran the 32-bit installer and it asked if I wanted to 'replace' the current installation. Answering yes, all my Packs have been retained and VSTs are working fine. Splendid...

Can't say for sure, but you can definitely install the 32 bit version, make sure everything is working, then uninstall the 64 bit.

Donwgrading to 32 bit too. JbridgeM sometimes bugs and stop playing some VSTs and sometimes the keyboard keys lag when performing.

So no more frustration for me, going back to a stable 32bit ableton ;)

jbridge isn't recommended. if you use cubase with ableton, you have the option 32 and 64 bits but i think : in future, ableton made the support 32 on 64 bit ableton. or i use my older version of ableton 8 and ableton 9 64 bit. in the past you can't install 32 and 64 bit live 9 on the same computer.

Thanks for the question & answer - I am needing to do the downgrade as well. I have downloaded some live song files for use in our church from http://www.WorshipTracks.com but there are some known issues with the 64bit version that were not allowing the files to sync up. Very frustrating. Hoping this does the trick.
