Is there a onscreen MIDI keyboard VST/device for touch screens? (MS Surface)

I recently got a MS Surface Pro 3. Everything in Ableton works pretty well after a few recommended tweaks from the forums. However, to make it a truly portable all-in-one Ableton device I'd like to be able to play instruments using an on-screen keyboard (basically simulating what a MIDI keyboard would do). Does anyone know of a VST or Max4Live device that would accomplish this? Or would it be possible to build this in Max4Live? Does Max4Live accept multi-touch? I've done tons of Googling but can't seem to find anything, was hoping someone else may have come across the solution.

I use the surface pro 3 on screen keyboard.

It works fine and you can play chords (albeit the notes in k/b range).

    Or this...
