Instrument not midi controllable. Why?!

Certain VST plugins don't seem to allow for modulation access, even when recorded in. The drop-down list of parameters to edit doesn't include most of the GUI accessible parameters.

Does anyone know how to enable them?

Thanks

If I understand tou correctly, you mean the parameters that are available on the VST effect or instrument?

In that case; your VST has a GUI, but is also visible in the device chain.
Click on the "configure" button of that vst, and after that simply select the buttons on your vst GUI that you want to use.
After selecting all the parameters you want to change, close the configure-function.

All the buttons/knobs you selected are now available for midi control.

    Hope that helps.
