I can't load a video into live 9 suite

I made a video from some clips with Microsoft movie maker (win 7) and I can't get it to load into a live arrangement. Can anyone offer me some help. Thank you,

    Hi there,

In order to process video in the 64 bit version of Live, you need additional codecs on Windows, as the Quicktime codecs only work in the 32 bit version of Live.

The following article explains how to install those codecs:

    Hope this helps,

Ableton really prefers it if the video file is in a Quicktime .mov format. You should be able to transcode it into that format using the free application Handbrake ( https://handbrake.fr/ )

This article helped me on windows 8.1 64bits:
    http://www.joshuacasper.com/ableton-tutorials/video-support-windows-64/

Worked for .mov and .mp4 files.
