First start by layering your basses into several different parts. You should usually have between 3 and 5 tracks, typically side-chained against the kick drum or main drum track. Next split your basses up into different purposes: one sub-bass with little mid range but with a lot of low end, second a bass to pronounce your mid-ranges better, and the other tracks to add texture on top and in the middle. Getting a 'talking' sound is usually accomplished with mid- and hi-range distortion with various types of fliters applied in sync with the rhythm. It's important to note that you'll never find a 'preset' or 'patch' that sounds as good as production quality electronic basses. It's always better to make it from scratch because that will afford you a better understanding of the dynamics of synthesized bass within your tracks and help familiarize yourself with the possibilities and intricacies of synthesis with various synthesizers.

I don't know of any video tutorials for Live users to help them create such a bass sound, but I do know of a collection of tutorials that are very helpful: http://www.youtube.com/user/AirbaseOfficial#g/c/B8608B189D58B08F

A simple form to get you started would be to experiment with Redux on your bass.  Keep downsample inbetween the 20 to 30's and I keep bit reduction off.

I have two videos one  on yoy or formant bass

and a skrillex type of bass NOT SKRILLEX BASS mind yous lol

    hope these are helpful.

also if you just want the yug yug sound skrillex uses then just then just adjust ur settings (if you have built the rack in the yoy n formant bass video) and its there. i hope that helps out.
