Hold/sustain pedal for arpeggiator

Is it possible using hold pedal to hold the arppegiator? There's a hold button but it's only a toggle. I would like to hold it with the foot and then lift my hands to get ready for another chord precisely when I need it. Now I can't move my fingers fast enough to have the seamless and precise timing for the chord progression. Seems like a very straight forward needed feature.

you can asssign a hold pedal to the hold-button in the arpeggiator :

enter midi-mapping by pressing the midi-button in the upper right corner (or ctrl+m)
press the hold-button in the arp to select it for midi-mapping
press your hold-pedal to assign it as midi-controller for the hold-button
press the midi-button in the upper right corner again to exit midi-mapping
