Does Live 8 access multiple cores?

Just got  new Mac Pro 6-core 3.33 GHz w/32 GB memory.  Wondering if Live 8 will address all cores?  I assume this much memory will at least be a plus...

MY 4 core  8 thread CPU  Live only uses 5 of those 8 threads.

Live  will only use 3.2GB of RAM  thats the max of a 32bit DAW A 64bit DAW can use 256GB of RAM  but  a DAW will only use the amount a MIX takes up in the size of plugin GUIs  programes  and samples.

No, it will not. That has something to do with the fact that Live is still 32 bit.

Live 9 beta uses all my 8 cores that's all real cores and the other four  virtual cores from hyperthreading on my i7.  that's not to do with 64bit it is to do with the way Live is programed to work with the OS.
