Bring second APC 40 to operate or send on mdi Ch. 2--- HOW ?Help

Hi.  my second APC 40 operates on midi ch. 1 but I need ch. 2 ...

I can not map a parameter without the first ApC 40 map this again

thats so ....

I found  no solution to fix that  in Ableton without complex max4l or Bomes midi translator building ...or Remote scripts....

any chance...

You don't need to use separate midi channels if you turn off the combination mode for the apc's in live's preference files.
This means that you will have to add some script text to you preference file.
Have a look here, to see how that is done.

    Good luck.

Hi, I test it but on both APC 40 s the 1 fader f.e. transmit on
Midi ch. 1 CC 7 .when I Map the fader 1 on APC 1 the fader on second APC is also mapped...
The Don t combine option.txt entry cant change this problem. I can not use the Ableton Live Mapping with destroy a funtion on a other device... But there is no editor to change the transmitted midi Message . Akai say no Ableton say fine . Behringer Novation Faderfox etc..all this devices have adjustable midi Settings ....oh Men....how ....CrAPPLE ........is this.....
