A new mobile equivalent of intel q6600 with 3 gb ram - future proof?

I want to buy a laptop which will not cost a fortune, something equivalent of my desktop- as in the title. I find that up to 20 tracks with new synths and samples is not a problem, and nothing has changed since I bought it. Probably this is because of better optimization of vst and more careful use of effects by me.

I wonder if this choice is optimal. I would rather not buy a 64 bit, or too strong processor for energy saving reasons and temperature of the device and noise.

Could you recommend some reliable brand and model which matches this description?
