Lucas Ramos is an audio engineer who has worked with recording and post-production since 2003. He began working with Live in 2006 while studying at SAE (School of Audio Engineering) and has been using it since for film scoring as well as his own music. He also taught at SAE as an Audio Diploma Lecturer, teaching almost all aspects of audio engineering.

Today Lucas works with audio post-production and scoring for TV and film, and he writes a monthly column on Ableton Live for the popular Brazilian magazine Áudio Música & Técnologia. He also teaches at IATEC, the largest multimedia school in Rio de Janeiro, offering a range of courses such as Recording Techniques, Electronic Music Production and Ableton Live.

The Ableton Live course is forty-five hours long and covers all major aspects of musical production and performance. The classes are limited to 6-14 students, with a maximum of two students per computer (seven computers in total).
