You can definitely say the same about the DC/Baltimore area(including the surrounding rural areas. A lot of rough looking people around here, obviously from habitual use of coke, crack, meth, or name another devastatingly hard drug. It sure does not discriminate either, white, black, hispanic, whatever. They look two to three times their age and a dentist couldn't save their teeth and gums if their life depended on it.

Meth is made with some great stuff including; rubbing and isopropyl alcohol, starter fluid (ether), gasoline additives (methanol),

When you put this many chemicals into your body they have to come out somewhere i.e. sores on your skin that you can't stop picking at because you are a tweaker.
Plus these people stay awake for days at a time and probably rarely shower. Good times.
