A little module which hosts about 8 dials that can send selectable CC#'s to your hardware..

Something along the lines of cubase's "MIDI Devices with editors and user panels" but in the ableton style would be very handy for me too.
I have a sampler which I still use all the time. Better integration of Ext Instruments into Live.

Also, I'm sure someone has mentioned it before but better preset management of hardware synths. Allow us to list the names of our hardware presets similar or in the same way that presets are choosen for live instruments.
